Ingredients
100g thinly sliced squid
1 clove diced garlic
1 chili pepper
2 tbsp koji miso
1 sprig rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
to serve:
baguette slices
How To Prepare
In a small saucepan heat the olive oil, garlic, chilli pepper, and rosemary on medium heat until the garlic is browned (approx. 6-8 mins).
Add the squid and koji miso. Stir fry for a further 2 mins.
To serve, place on top of baguette slices.
