Ingredients
• 80g firm tofu
• 1 tsp nori seaweed tsukudani paste or seasoned kombu
• pinch of roasted white sesame seeds.
• a little finely chopped spring onion
How To Prepare
Roughly chop the tofu, spoon the nori seaweed tsukudani paste or seasoned konbu on top.
Sprinkle with spring onion and sesame seeds.
