Recipe Black Pepper Beef

Ingredients:

  • 500g meat (the stem nut)
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (coarsely ground)
  • 2 red chillies (rough cut)
  • Onion holland
  • 2 tsp cornstarch

Direction:

  1. Heat 2 spoon oil and fry the meat for 3-4 minutes. Lift and separate.
  2. Lose last bit of oil to the expected half a ladle of oil, saute garlic and add black pepper.
  3. Enter the soy sauce and black pepper, stir briefly enter the meat checkers. Cook with high heat and stir the ingredients in the pan regularly
  4. after that add cornstarch mixture and onions. When it thickens remove the fire and serve. Garnish with a sprinkling of onion leaves
