Ingredients
| 200 g | minced chicken |
| 2 tablespoons | corn oil |
| 4 cloves | garlic, finely chopped |
| 2 cm | ginger, finely chopped |
| 1 | shallot, finely chopped |
| 20 g | dried shrimps, soaked and finely grinded |
| 2 teaspoons | white pepper, grounded |
| 2 litres | water |
| 100 g | rice, washed and drained |
| 20 g | MAGGI® CukupRasa™ |
| ½ cup | coconut milk |
| 1 tablespoon | spring onion, finely chopped |
| 1 | red chilli, halved, cored and finely chopped |
| 3 tablespoons | fried shallot |
| 1 tablespoon | parsleyPreparation
1. In a pot, sauté the garlic, ginger, shallot, dried shrimps and grounded white pepper until it turns golden brown.
2. Next, add in the water and rice and allow it to boil.
3. As soon as it has been brought to a boil, reduce the heat and let the rice cook until it turns into porridge.
4. When the mixture has thickened, it’s time to add in your MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes or so.
5. Finally, sprinkle in the spring onions, red chilli, fried shallots and parsley. Give it a good mix and serve it as it is still hot.
