Delightful Bubur Lambuk

Ingredients

200 gminced chicken
2 tablespoonscorn oil
4 clovesgarlic, finely chopped
2 cmginger, finely chopped
1shallot, finely chopped
20 gdried shrimps, soaked and finely grinded
2 teaspoonswhite pepper, grounded
2 litreswater
100 grice, washed and drained
20 gMAGGI® CukupRasa™
½ cupcoconut milk
1 tablespoonspring onion, finely chopped
1red chilli, halved, cored and finely chopped
3 tablespoonsfried shallot
1 tablespoonparsley


Preparation

1. In a pot, sauté the garlic, ginger, shallot, dried shrimps and grounded white pepper until it turns golden brown.
2. Next, add in the water and rice and allow it to boil.
3. As soon as it has been brought to a boil, reduce the heat and let the rice cook until it turns into porridge.
4. When the mixture has thickened, it’s time to add in your MAGGI® CukupRasa™ and coconut milk. Mix well and allow it to simmer for 10 minutes or so.
5. Finally, sprinkle in the spring onions, red chilli, fried shallots and parsley. Give it a good mix and serve it as it is still hot.
